Mindful Beginnings: The Birth of Affirmative Health & Art Alliances (AHAA)
Mo Regulinski, the founder of Affirmative Health & Art Alliances (AHAA), embarked on a personal journey navigating health and wellbeing from a young age. Diagnosed with Type 1 Diabetes at three years old, she developed a deep empathy for those living with compromised health. This empathy, coupled with her quest for healing, led her to explore various alternative medicine courses and certifications. These new perspectives complemented the medical directives required for her daily life and brought her peace, relief, and mental stability.
Living Beyond Prognosis: A Story of Gratitude
Defying the prognosis of an early death in her thirties, Mo found gratitude in her journey. She decided to share her experience, practice and understanding, creating structured content to address belief systems that influence positive life choices. AHAA was born out of this desire to help others understand system dynamics in collaboration with traditional medicine. The goal is to build an inclusive approach to health, wellness, and positive living. Mo's journey continues to be vibrant and full of discovery.
AHAA: A New Approach to Well-being
AHAA consults with individuals, groups, and businesses, implementing body, mind, and belief system protocols to support well-being. The organization addresses the root cause of disharmony that hinders forward momentum in goal actualization. Once these disharmonies are revealed, they are transformed through tested repatterning techniques. This process removes blocks and fosters positive forward action.
AHAA protocols supplement medical directives and are not a substitute for doctor prescribed medications, directives or wellness visits.
AHAA's unique approach to problem-solving involves deep relaxation, creativity, and novel activities. These tools help clients find their own AHAA moments in every situation.

Art as a Medium of Expression
In her art studio, Mo creates sculptured fashion incorporating Type 1 Diabetes medical disposables into regalia. Her ongoing series of work visually narrates life with a chronic health condition. The medical disposables used in her regalia are a personal collection of debris from engaging in daily protocols to maintain good health. This collection of syringes, blood testing equipment, and diabetic medical durable goods highlight the enormous impact of health maintenance on the body and environment.
